- COPIES OF O’LEVEL/WAEC/NECO/SSCE RESULTS
- FOUR (4) COPIES OF PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH
- INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT (MUST HAVE BEFORE GRADUATION)
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR AFFIDAVIT
- TRANSCRIPT (FOR ENTRY INTO 200 LEVEL OR ABOVE)
